- 6 fresh tomatoes
- 4 zucchini
- Fresh basilic
- Herbs of Provence
- 400 g grated Gruyère cheese
- 200 g tomato coulis
- 4 medium onions
- 50 cl of béchamel
If you are using onions, brown them until tender.
