  • 6 fresh tomatoes
  • 4 zucchini
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Fresh basilic
  • Herbs of Provence
  • lasagna
  • 400 g grated Gruyère cheese
  • 200 g tomato coulis
  • 4 medium onions
  • 50 cl of béchamel


Step 1
If you are using onions, brown them until tender.
